INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.5 oz Origami Sake ZERO
  • 1 oz Giffard Non-Alc Pineapple Liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg white or 5 dashes Fee Foam

Preparation:


  • Dry shake without ice
  • Add ice to shaker, shake again
  • Strain into coupe or martini glass
  • Garnish with Strawberry Dust
